About Tara Incense

Introduction

Tara Incense is the pioneer of perfumed incense sticks in Gujarat, since 2013. Established with a vision of spreading piousness in people's lives, our founder, Mr. Dineshbhai Shah, has led the company from an enthusiastic small start-up to the success it enjoys today. Headquartered in Borsad, Tara Incense is a work home for many employees, with sales and service spread across India.

How did we begin?

Our journey started on a bicycle in 1975, following a dream of providing the best quality and service to our customers. Jalna, around 500 km from Mumbai, was then only a hub of seed and fertiliser manufacturing; traditional business did not prompt anybody to think beyond the set of traditions and values. We did, and today we have grown into a group of companies dedicated to that same dream.

Key products

Our key product, Tara Perfumed Incense Sticks, has been unconditionally loved and appreciated by our loyal consumers; this has driven us to continually reach closer to our vision of becoming the largest incense sticks manufacturer in Gujarat. Through our subsidiaries we are also engaged in perfumeries, unscented incense sticks and masala agarbatti. Our strengths are packing and quality, honest gramage, and the high profit margin we leave for retailers and dealers.

Future vision

As yet another feather in our cap, Tara Incense offered a new product, Swaraj Namo (sold today as Swaraj), to the beloved Gujaratis with the blessings of the then Chief Minister of Gujarat, Mr. Narendrabhai Modi. Standing on the foundation of our heritage, Tara Incense is building a bigger future in perfumery and agarbatti.
